By accessing and using One Paper Prep (the "App" or "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our quiz application and web platform designed for Pakistan government job preparation, including PPSC, SPSC, BPSC, KPPSC, AJKPSC, FPSC, and other one-paper examinations.

One Paper Prep provides:

• Comprehensive MCQ practice questions for Pakistan government job examinations

• Mock tests and practice papers

• Actionable insights and progress tracking

• Study materials and exam preparation resources

• Personalized learning recommendations

The Service is designed specifically for users preparing for government jobs in Pakistan and related examinations.

Account Creation:

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account

• One account per user - multiple accounts are not permitted

Account Security:

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce quiz content without permission

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service

• Upload malicious code or engage in disruptive behavior

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Forever Free Study:

• Users can study for free without any membership

• No payment information required for free study

• Free study is available for all users

Free Trial:

• New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features

• No payment information required for free trial

• Free trial automatically expires without charges

Paid Membership:

• Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual membership plans available

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers

• Membership can be gifted to other users.

• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

One Paper Prep Content:

• All quiz questions, study materials, and content are owned by One Paper Prep

• Content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content

User Content:

• You retain ownership of any content you create (notes, progress data)

• You grant us a license to use your data to improve the Service

• We respect your privacy and handle data according to our Privacy Policy

Service Availability:

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service

• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

Service Modifications:

• We may update, modify, or discontinue features with notice

• Major changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications

• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modifications

One Paper Prep provides the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Exam success or specific results

• Accuracy of all content (though we strive for accuracy)

• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Your privacy is important to us and is governed by our Privacy Policy

• We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy

• We implement security measures to protect your personal information

• You have rights regarding your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan

• Any disputes will be resolved in Pakistani courts

• We comply with Pakistani data protection and consumer protection laws

• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
